Cold working die
Cold work die steel is mainly used to manufacture molds for pressing and forming workpieces under cold conditions. Such as: cold blanking die, cold stamping die, cold drawing die, stamping die, cold extrusion die, thread pressing die and powder pressing die. The range of cold work die steels is very wide, from various carbon tool steels, alloy tool steels, high speed tool steels to powder high speed tool steels and powder high alloy die steels. Cold working die steel is vacuum degassing refined steel, pure inner quality, good machinability, significantly improved cutting, good hardenability, air quenching is not easy to crack, excellent wear resistance, good toughness, can be used as stainless steel and high hardness materials punching die.
Hot working die
Hot work die steel is mainly used to manufacture molds for pressure processing of workpieces at high temperatures. Such as: hot forging die, hot extrusion die, die casting die, hot upsetting die, etc. Commonly used hot work die steels are: alloy die steels with medium and high carbon content adding Cr, W, Mo, V and other alloying elements; For hot work die steels with special requirements, high alloy austenitic heat resistant die steels are sometimes used.
Plastic mold
Due to the many varieties of plastics, the requirements for plastic products are also very different, and the materials for manufacturing plastic molds have also put forward a variety of different performance requirements. Therefore, many industrially developed countries have formed a wide range of plastic mold steel series. Including carbon structural steel, carburized plastic die steel, pre-hardened plastic die steel, age hardening plastic die steel, corrosion resistant plastic die steel, easy to cut plastic die steel, integral hardened plastic die steel, martensitic aging steel and mirror polishing plastic die steel.
