　　Heat treatment regime

　　Annealing: 800 ~ 920℃ slow cooling HBW ≤269

　　Quenching: 1050 ~ 1075℃ oil cooling

　　Tempering: 200 ~ 300℃ oil, air cooling HRC can reach 56~58

　　Standard: GB/T 1220-1992

　　9Cr18MoV stainless steel rust resistance is good, is currently used in the high-grade batch tool market of high-quality stainless steel, its strength and sharpness than 440C, its disadvantage is that the viscosity is relatively large, and heating up quickly, but it is easier than any carbon steel grinding, cutting material with a hand saw is also much easier. The annealing temperature of 440C is very low, the hardness after quenching is high, the hardness usually reaches HRC56-58. and the corrosion resistance is good (magnetic) and the toughness is very strong.
